Ford Edge Specs
Before diving into the various trim levels offered by Ford, it's important to note the engine specifications. There are two separate engine choices, and as we move through this review, you'll learn which trims feature which engine.
The two possibilities are:
- 2.0L EcoBoost® 4-cylinder, capable of generating 250 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque
- 2.7L EcoBoost® V6, capable of generating 335 horsepower and 380 lb-ft of torque
SE
The standard trim level for the 2021 Ford Edge is the dynamic SE. This option sports the 2.0L engine and comes with a number of additional perks.
If you look to the interior, you'll find advanced technology, such as Intelligent Access with Push-Button Start, a smart charging USB port, and FordPass Connect™ with Wi-Fi hotspot. The SYNC® 4A infotainment interface is accommodating and quick to respond.
You'll also enjoy the standard safety features of Ford Co-Pilot360â„¢, such as:
- Lane-Keeping System
- Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking
- BLIS® (Blind Spot Information System) with Cross-Traffic Alert
SEL
Next up is the Ford Edge SEL. This option continues to ramp up the style while also offering increased technology, including the optional voice-activated touchscreen navigation system with pinch-to-zoom capability plus SiriusXM Traffic and Travel Link®.
There's also an available wireless charging pad near the dashboard and an optional remote start option, as well. As for the exterior, LED fog lamps are useful, as are the available silver roof rack side-rails that give you access to additional storage space.
ST-Line

As opposed to the fully loaded ST trim (which, as you'll read, gives you a wealth of performance abilities), the ST-Line comes with more aggressive styling than the typical Edge.
Features exclusive to this trim include:
- Leather-wrapped steering wheel with red stitching
- LED signature lighting with dark bezel
- ST-Line badging
Titanium
The 2021 Edge Titanium trim ramps up the interior convenience and luxury, so every passenger will be extra cozy on those long road trips.
To begin, the front and rear seats can be heated. The steering wheel is also heated. Plus, the front seats sport an optional ventilation feature, so you're prepared for any type of weather. There are also 10-way power front seats, along with leather-trimmed sport bucket seats.
ST
The dynamic Ford Edge ST is the final trim level for this impressive automobile. It's also the only trim to sport the dynamic 2.7L engine.
The ST Performance Brake Package further ramps up performance by offering:
- Front and rear vented disc brakes
- Unique front rotors
- Brushless radiator cooling fan
- Performance brake pads
