Drop Box

Your work, school and personal schedules may not line up exactly with our open hours at Richmond Ford West. To help you out, we have a drop box for service that you can drop your keys into at any time before your service appointment. Here's how it works:

1. Schedule Service online or through the phone

2. Park your car. Make sure to lock it. Then, drop your keys into the Night Drop For Service Box located next to the Service bay.

3. Go about your day! We will call you one your car is ready for pick-up. Either pay for your service at the counter or pay online and then pick up your keys. It's easy!
