Your Fusion Maintenance Schedule at…
- 10,000 Miles:
- Rotate and inspect the Ford Fusion's tires.
- When indicated on the Fusion's message center (or every 12 months), change the engine oil and replace the filter.
- Check the Fusion's hoses and cooling system.
- Inspect the Fusion's heat shields and complete exhaust system.
- Check the Ford Fusion's brake pads, drums, rotors, shoes, hoses, and brake lines.
- Inspect the Fusion's parking brake system.
- Check and lubricate any non-sealed steering linkage, suspension joints, ball joints, u-joints, and half shafts and drive shafts.
- Conduct a multi-point inspection.
- 20,000 Miles:
- Repeat the procedures performed at the 10,000-mile service interval.
- If equipped, replace the Fusion's cabin air filter. Repeat the Fusion's cabin air filter replacement every 20,000 miles.
- 30,000 Miles:
- Repeat the procedures performed at the Fusion's 10,000-mile service interval.
- Replace the engine air filter. Do this every 30,000 miles.
- 60,000 Miles:
- This service interval includes each of the procedures from the 30,000-mile interval.
- In addition to those services, you should replace the cabin air filter.
- 100,000 Miles:
- Replace the platinum spark plugs.
- Check the Fusion's accessory drive belts.
- Change the Fusion's orange coolant.
- If equipped, replace the Fusion's cabin air filter.
- Inspect and rotate the Fusion's tires.
- Change the engine oil and replace the filter.
- Check the hoses and cooling system.
- Inspect the Fusion's heat shields and complete exhaust system.
- Inspect the Ford Fusion's parking brake system, brake pads, rotors, shoes, drums, hoses, and brake lines.
- Perform a multi-point inspection.
- Inspect and lubricate all of the Fusion's non-sealed ball joints, suspension joints, half shafts and drive shafts, u-joints, and steering links.
