Ford Mustang Interior Dimensions

While the Ford Mustang has one of the more compact cabins of the Ford family, it certainly offers a decent amount of space for its four passengers. The vehicle opens up with 82.8 cubic feet of cabin space for the base trim, but the Shelby GT350® provides 84.5 cubic feet. The Shelby® GT350R reduces the passenger capacity to just the driver and front passenger, with 52.3 cubic feet of space for them.

•          Headroom: 37.6 inches in front, 34.8 inches in rear.
•         Legroom: 44.5 inches in front, 29 inches in rear.
•         Trunk space: 13.5 cubic feet, 11.4 cubic feet with convertible models.

Style & Comfort

The Ford Mustang is certainly known for its stylish exterior, but that style carries all the way over into the interior. All trims feature leather-wrapped steering wheels and parking brakes to highlight the impressive performance that the Mustang can deliver. But once you start ascending trims, you'll get some more stylized options.

•          The base models are outfitted with cloth bucket seats.
•         The Premium Fastback is outfitted with leather-trimmed bucket seats.
•          The Shelby GT350® and higher trims come with the Recaro® cloth and Miko suede sport seats.

 

Ford Mustang Technology

Just because the Ford Mustang is known for its performance doesn't mean it can't provide you with fun and entertaining features. The base level Ford Mustang V6 Fastback features a 6-speaker sound system with a CD player and a radio. This trim also features the SYNC® system, which provides voice recognition for easy hands-free access to your media.

Upgrading to the Premium Fastback gets the 9-speaker system and a 6-month trial of SiriusXM®. This trim also adds the larger SYNC® 3 system. This infotainment system is available in the rest of the Ford Mustang trims.
