Richmond Ford West Sponsors Camp T. Brady Saunders Richmond Area Sporting Clays Classic and Donates $8,000
Recently Richmond Ford West sponsored and participated in the 2015 Camp T. Brady Saunders Sporting Clays Classic. Approximately 40 teams competed at 13 different shooting stations. Richmond Ford West had two teams in the event comprised of our employees. Although we didn't win any awards for our marksmanship this year we had a great time and will be sharpening our skills for next year!
Camp T. Brady Saunders is part of the Heart of Virginia Scout Reservation and has been in operation since 1963. Their top notch facilities never fail to impress us and are an integral part of inspiring the youth of central Virginia in various outdoor activities including aquatics, handicrafts, outdoor skills, shooting sports, nature, and climbing. They offer summer, spring, and winter camps with thousands of youth from the central Virginia area in attendance. The camp is also available for weekend use August - October and April - May. 
Many of us here at Richmond Ford West consider ourselves outdoor enthusiasts. We look forward to our $8,000 donation being used to continue to educate youth, grow our future leaders, and facilitate a passion for Virginia's outdoors. We know many members of our community, including our customers and their families, enjoy Camp T. Brady and we love being a part of, and supporting it!
